Rigatoni and Nan's Meatballs
I never used jarred sauce. Ever. That being said, this is the only jarred sauce that I’d use in a pasta emergency. This was a tribute to Nan and her meatballs. She would use jarred sauce if she didn’t have time to make her own, so I don’t feel too bad about it.
